Input Common-Mode Range

Question

Hello, 
 If the Input Common-Mode Range for the part (MAX49925) in the datasheet is -40 to +76 then why is the MAX49925EVKIT Input Common-Mode Range is only positive -0.3V to +65V ?

Thanks, so the MAX49925EVKIT datasheet is not correct and I can use the part for negative voltages. - thanks
