Sorry for getting back late. Typically, most analog parts have a maximum junction temperature rating of 150°C. To avoid damaging the part, I recommend staying within this limit. With regards to the operating temperature range, there are two temperature ranges shown on the data sheet:
The operating temperature range refers to the temperature of the surrounding environment or the system with the device powered on or simply the ambient temperature when the device is powered on. As for the storage temperature range, it pertains to the range of temperature at which the device can be safely stored when unpowered.
