MAX40204 Gain Error and Offset Voltage Spec vs Histogram

Question

MAX40204 datasheet specs say 2uV typical Vos and .05% typical gain error. 
 In a later section is shows histograms for Vos and gain error, but these show 4uV, and 6% gain error are most common. 
 Why do the spesc and histograms not align?

 Please note, we identified datasheet needs to be updated with Correct Histogram plots. Please refer actual values from EC table. We will update the datasheet soon.
