Can I use the Ad8015 for balanced detection? i.e. using two PDs, one referred to the positive supply and one to the negative supply with their output current summed at the input to the AD8015? A combination of figures 3 and 4 from the datasheet.

A balanced photodetection can be used on the AD8015. Do take note on the input capacitance to the IN pin (input capacitance of balanced photodetector) and we suggest to work on the linear operation of the part to achieve better expected results.
