Hi,
we are using the AD8390A in our design. It works fine but it gets pretty hot and therefore we want to improve the thermal situation on our pcb by changing the pcb layout.
We have some questions and hopefully you can help us further:
1. Is there a reference design, evaluation board etc. available where we can look for pcb layout improvements?
2. The AD8390A has some pins with no connection. Is it allowed to connect these pins to ground to get more copper underneath the chip body for better cooling?
