 I wanted to know what are the differences between MAX9634FEUK+ and MAX9634FEUK+T? 
 I searched in the datasheet and did not find.

 From Maxim's naming conventions , "+T" means that the part is furnished on tape-and-reel. 
 Also, notice that MAX9634FEUK+ is labeled as NCNR (Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable) at the product search .
