I am using an AD8015 as a fiber optic receiver. The differential output from the AD8015 feeds into an LT1394 comparator. The AD8015 appears to be working correctly, but when a fiber optic signal is received the output of the LT1394 locks up. If I remove the fiber optic input, the LT1394 outputs stay in the same state and will not operate properly without a power cycle. The Latch Enable pin on the LT1394 is tied to ground so that is not the problem. Any ideas?
