Fig.59 in the datasheet shows the dynamic SOA. The frequency is given in Hz. Is this a typo? I assume, it has to be in kHz.

Hi Jiri.Kol, thanks for your question. IEC 60664-1 specifies minimum clearance and creepage distance for PCBs and conductors on a package to be 1.25mm at 250V. The ADHV4702-1's pins spacing meets this requirement. Best Rgds, Brian Beucler
for ADHV4702-1, I expect that I will not be the only one who will ask how engineers in ADI estimated clearances (and creepages) on device package and associated footprint on PCB. For 220V-rated device, I do not see a chance to meet requirements for safety standards for PCB design. In case you have proven way how to make such design compliant i.e. with UL-61010, publish it please.
