Fig.59 in the datasheet shows the dynamic SOA. The frequency is given in Hz. Is this a typo? I assume, it has to be in kHz.

Please, clarify.

Hi AlexBalyabo, you are correct - that scale should say kHz. Thanks for catching the error. I am putting in a request to correct that for the next rev of the datasheet. Good eye
