ADA4062-4 spice mode

You can follow the steps in this thread on how to generate the symbol for the model.

May I know your target application with this?

I made a simulation of Figure 59. Notch Filter Circuit and got the result as following.

As it shows, the circuit has a good spec. at 60Hz, but the gain from nearly 11MHz rise up, and have a peak about 5dB at 61MHz.

There are not much information about above 100MHz in datesheet.

Could you tell me if the result is right? or whether the mode fit the high frequency simulation.

Hi,

As seen on the Open-loop gain and Phase vs Frequency plot on the ADA4062 datasheet,  at gain of 1, the correct response should be deteriorating or decaying. This might be a bug on the SPICE model and we'll try to fix it.
