SPICE model of AD8675 ... Problem ?

Hi,

I am currently simulating with the AD8675.

AC analysis.

If I use it with common feedback stuff. It works.

But the output can reach kilovolts with a supply of +/- 15V

On the other hand, on a particular setup, I do get some other strange behavior.

Joined you have a picture sowing the details.

V(OUT) should saturate at low frequencies.

Or should I avoid this kind of setup ?

Thank you already for your time :-)

  • Hi Altay,

When we test our Spice Models' Open-Loop, we provide an RC network. This will ensure that the output is biased properly. The capacitor is chosen to be large to provide an early roll-off (f = 1/[2pi*R1*C1]), way below the dominant pole of the amplifier.

You can re-check it using this circuit.
