Suggestion of Discrete JFET-Input TIA with BF862

Thread Summary

The user is facing issues with a Transimpedance amplifier design using LT6200 and BF862 JFET, where the JFET operates with a negative gate-to-source voltage, causing the feedback to return +2V. The support engineer requested a circuit or LTspice file to better understand the issue and provide a solution. The user is looking to avoid large input capacitance in the design.

I want to design Transimpedance amplifier for photodiode.
I tried to simulate the reference configuration but it seems not to work combine between LT6200 and BF862, JFET work in negative gate-to-source voltage (the feedback return +2V).
I come to this design because i want to avoid large input capacitance. do any other suggestion, how can i use avaiable JFET in LTSpice combine with LT6200 ?
Thank everyone.
