Hi gattu ,
Good day. The part is only specified for max value. However, the part's typical characteristics for input bias current is plotted on the TPC section.

Hi Gilbeys
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I would like to confirm that the Ib of the AD8692 does not become negative between 40℃ and 85℃.
Looking at the datasheet, it appears to be positive within the above temperature range. Is my understanding correct?
Regards,
Gattu
Hi Gilbeys,
Can you confirm if the Ib, including device variation, is positive in the range of 40°C to 85°C?
Our customer is considering this device as one of the candidates and is concerned about this point.
Regards,
Gattu
Hi Gilbeys,
Application is Automotive(2R) lighting.
We have already provided the customer with the Input Bias Current listed in the ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS and the Ib vs. Temp curve in the TPC.
However, since this information alone was not sufficient to determine whether Ib, including device variations, becomes positive between Ta = 40℃ and 85℃, we are inquiring about it.
Regards,
Gattu
