Does that mean the input offset voltage drift & input offset current drift are all positive?
I mean the offset voltage / current will only increase with the temperature. It will not decreased. is that correct?

I can be positive or negative, depending on the device and the direction of the temperature change. These values represent the magnitude of drift, not the direction. So if you're designing for precision across temperature, it's recommended to account for both directions.

Thanks for your feedback. I was plan to do a offset/temperature compensation. As I don't want to compensated it individually, I want to use a typical value for the compensation. However, the input offset voltage/current drift seems are in 2 directions. So I would say it is impossible to do the typical value compensation.
