Thanks to your reply.  The input signal Vpp=100mV，25khz，used function generator TFG6960A.Through an instrument amplifier amplification to VPP=16V, and then to the AD8676.

Sorry for the delay in response. Can you give the actual ampifier part that you used to amplify the signal before the AD8676?
I will try to simulate your circuit in LT Spice first to check initial performance.
