I am trying to run the SPICE model of the MAX4488 in Orcad X Capture CIS in a transimpedance amplifier design simulation to look at the transient response but the simulation fails with:
"ERROR(ORPSIM-16550): Floating point computation failed during matrix solution. Possible solutions: 1)Ensure that all device parameters are in valid range. 2)Try using .options LIMIT
INTERNAL ERROR -- Divide by Zero, Divide(1, 0)"
Can anybody shed some light into what is not in a valid range?

Can you share your schematic and the parameters you are using for your circuit? Appreciate if you can share the test parameters for your circuit.
Also, please take note that the release model is recommended to be used in PSPICE, an updated version is also not yet available LTspice library. Since this part is not officially released in LTspice, we cannot guarantee that it will work. The available model on the website is not also recommended for OrCAD X as well.
