Upon checking, it seems that the .asc file on DC2622A's design files is not an LTSpice file but a PCB file. I'm not quite sure why it is in the .asc format.
To be able to simulate how DC2622A's evaluation board works, you'll have to manually create its schematic on LTSpice using the demo board schematic file on DC2622A Evaluation Board | Analog Devices as a reference.
