Hi Gokulram,

On your first condition is the input left floating?
Can you try turning on the device with the input on a known linear input level.
Also, I'd like to know how you measure the device and what are you using in measuring.

1. We have short the input terminal(+IN) with ground.

2. We have tested the device with the known linear input -2.4V applied in the non inverting terminal, then we have got the output as -2.55V

3. We are measuring the output of the op-amp using digital multi meter(6th pin of the device with respect to ground).

I don't see anything wrong with the methods and configuration of your circuit that will result to such offset.
Are you using an evaluation board or are you using a customized pcb of your own? If customized can you share the layout file?
How many units are you observing with this behavior?
