Hi,
I have been tasked with generating a bipolar output-type pulse as simply as can practical +/- 2.5V, and I found a EVAL-ADA4625-2 that I can modify and be able to do it quickly.
I ran a simulation and discovered that the response time for the ADA4625 is a little slow (I need a 200mS rise/fall times) so I went to an LT1807 which has a higher slew rate (140V/us). The rise time seems to fit the need, but the fall time seems to be the same as was with the ADA4625, despite how fast I set the pulse ramp time. I need 200nS but get 10ms for the signal to fall from 2.5V to -2.5V.
So this is being done on LTSpice. I swapped in several devices and they all seem to do pretty much the same thing.
I am curious about how I can improve my fall time and why this keeps happening.
