ESD (CDM) Rating for LT6220

Question

Hi Team, 
 Customer needs CDM rating for device qualification, please kindly help to search for this number, it used to be in Reliability report, but not any more in latest one, thanks for check!

Hi Andrew: 
 Here is the data I can find on the LTC system database: 
 
 ESD CLASSIFICATION(HBM): 2 
 HBM VOLTAGE: (>2kV) 
 MM VOLTAGE : 200V 
 CDM VOLTAGE ESDA: 
 CDM VOLTAGE AECQ: 
 
 I don't see any CDM rating.
