AD8603 gain-bandwidth product

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: AD8603

Hello,

At 3.3 V single power supply the gain-bandwidth product GBP (RL > 100 kOhm) simulates as approximately 483 kHz. This is higher than the typical GBP at 5 V. Can someone comment? Can someone provide the tolerance in this GBP?

Thanks,

Marcelo

  • Hi  ,

Are you using an evaluation board on your test?
How accurate or clean is the common mode voltage, the amplitude, Rload, etc?

Need to know all the possible contributions to these difference in results you're getting because checking an old repository.
Looking at no Load condition, I haven't seen GBP exceed 450kHz and drop below 380kHz. but this is still a typical value and not guaranteed to be the min or max for the GBP spec. What's your target bandwidth if I may ask? thank you

    Best Regards,
    Dann
