Hi everybody,
I have a problem simulating the AD8436. I reproduced several designs found on the datasheet and on internet, but the problem is always the same : the output converges towards zero.
Here is the circuit :

Anyone can help?

Hello Jeansy78 ,
It has been confirmed that the spice model has an issue, and it was already reported to the LTSpice Service Desk for it to get fixed.
Since the model is not working well in some conditions, if dual supply operation is to be used, IGND must be connected to GND in order for it to work properly. See simulation below:

Paul
Hi Paul,
Do we need the connection, IGND is connected to GND, for an actual AD8436?
Best regards,
Akira
Hello AkiraO,
The part should work well whether IGND is connected to GND or not on actual testing. Only the LTSpice model has an issue where IGND must be connected to GND.
Best regards,
Paul
Hi Paul,
Thank you for your reply.
