OpAmp high capacitive load drive simulation

In this particular case, you don't need the 0.5ohm series resistor on the output as LTspice simulation of AD8605 with 10uF cap load shows that it's stable (except some ringing) without it. 0.5ohm series resistance is not large enough to affect anything.

So, there is a worst-case value of cap load that is most unstable!

Yes, I see that LTspice predicts that with 10uF cap load, adding 0.5ohm series output resistance gets rid of the tiny ringing at the output as shown below:

I'd say that this is possibly because with no series output isolation resistor, you are on the edge of instability and not fully unstable. Therefore, the 0.5ohm isolation must be enough to get rid of the tiny ringing after output transition. Most likely, you'd need to verify the results on the bench and not just rely on simulation alone.
