ADA4522-4 wrong output voltage

Category: Hardware
Product Number: ADA4522-4

Hi,

I am using the Channel D of  ADA4522-4 as a voltage buffer.

For testing, I short the inverting input of channel D to the output of channel D. I apply -10V to the non-inverting input of channel D.

My positive supply voltage is at 13.5V and negative supply voltage is at -13.5V.

I expect the output of channel D to be -10V. However, when I measure it with multimeter, the output is at 13.5V as shown below:

What do you think my mistake could be? When I simulated this simple circuit with LTSpice, the output was as expected.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards.
