AD8616 and AD8656 Lead temperature

Hi,

I'm a DFAE in Japan. Our customer gives us a question. He confuses the lead temperature spec between AD8616 and AD8656 as follows. They are the same package, but the spec is difference.

Hi Hiroyuki,

I already looking in to this.

This is quite old parts so this specification might be different on what we know.

We normally used the J-STD-20 standard as recommendation for solder reflow for our new parts.

I'll get back to you as soon as I get an answer from the internal team.
