What is the current noise density(f=1KHz) of the OP4177?

Hi team,

Our products are sensitive to op amp noise performance. I'm having some problems researching the noise performance of the OP4177.

I see a current noise density of 0.2pA/√Hz in the OP4177 DataSheet.

But when I used the spice model of OP4177 to simulate on LTspice, I found that the simulation result was 0.857pA/√Hz.

I tried to simulate other op amps with this testbench, and the results are all correct, so the testbench should be correct. Then I suspect that the DataSheet data is wrong, or the spice model of OP4177 is wrong, please check it.

    Upon checking, unfortunately the spice model of OP4177 is not properly modeled and is in line to be remodeled. May I know what application you have for this op amp? I would suggest that it is best to refer to the DS as the DS values would be the accurate measurement for the op amp if you'll be using it on bench test.
