Which is an alternative to the LTC6268 for 10 V operation?

Hi, 
 I want to implement a simple peak detector with a precision diode. I am using the LTC6268-10 to implement the >10 MHz precision diode due to its low input capacitance. However, I would like to increase the voltage supply to +-5V. Thus, I am looking for an amplifier with >100 MHz BW, >10 V/us SR, Vdd-Vss >= 10 V, and low input capacitance (comparable to LTC6268-10) . Which one should I choose?

Hi dpalma: the lowest input Ccm opamps I see with >10V supply capability and low bias current are ADA4817 (1.3pF, 10V) and AD8067 (1.5pF, 24V).)
