I am using ada4625-1 of analog device.
It is used as a Transimpedance amplifier and uses a total of four.Let's call this one channel each. Rf is 5.1MEG and Cf is 3pF.
However, only one channel has a high noise level. We suspect that the device may have been damaged or deformed because we see the same phenomenon even when retouching the solder side or re-soldering the device.
Is there a phrase or parameter that can be found in the data or datasheet to refer to to to find this cause?
And are there cases where temperature changes are affected? We repeat the temperature cycle experiment 7-8 times from -20°C to 50°C on a PCB equipped with ada4625-1. Is it possible that this experiment affected the device?
Please help me. Thank you.
