Hello,
We're planning to use one of the two ICs mentioned above, powering it at +-18V. However, at these voltages the IC power dissipation can't be neglected anymore.
In the datasheets I can't find the junction to case thermal resistance, nor any parameter that would allow me to make sure I won't simply fry the op-amp.
Could someone from AD provide us with this information?

If you operate within the "Absolute Maximum Ratings" then you will not fry the op-amp.
Regarding the junction to case thermal resistance, you can see the value on the "Pin Configuration" or "Package description" section of the datasheet.
