RH1498/1499 ESD protection diodes

Question

Hello, 
 Can anyone confirm if the RH1498/1499 op amps have ESD protection diodes in addition to the protective diodes outlined on pages 17 & 18 of the LT1498/LT1499 datasheet? https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/14989fg.pdf . If so, are they only on the inputs, or is there a protection diode on the output as well?

Hi Sarla: I checked the LT1498 schematics and do not see additional protection devices on either the inputs or the output. The LT1498 meets Level 2 HBM and 400V MM ESD. However, these are unpowered tests, only intended to address handling issues. For ESD and other EMI rejection under powered use conditions, you should protect and test to the desired levels. (RH and '1499 versions are practically identical.))
