I was experimenting with the simulation model of the OP37 available on the website. Then I realized that there's also a model available in the LTspice XVII as well. But the models seem to have different frequency responses.
So my question is which one is more precise? One has a GBW of ~30MHz and the other has a GBW of ~48MHz.

Yes the two models has some difference in the loop gain response but in terms of GBW at 10kHz as specified in the datasheet they are about the same.
At f=10kHz, G=76dB or 6300 V/V.
GBP = 6300 x 10000 = 63 MHz.
