LTC6262 SHUTDOWN pin Threshold voltage when using negative voltage rail

Hi

For LTC6262 op-amp the  Shutdown threshold is 0.6V above the negative rail. (Active Low Shutdown )

Usually, the op-amp shut down logic is given by MCUs.(TTL or CMOS)

But when using both negative and positive voltage rail, there is no way to shut down the op-amp with TTL or CMOS logic level Voltage. (without external components)

maybe it is possible to shutdown the op-amp if the Shutdown pin is active High,(maybe I am wrong)

why that is not considered in the IC design?

is that not possible in IC?

Please Let me know why?

Thank you
