ADA4000-2 MTBF

Question

Hi there, 
 According to system requirements, ı need to know MTBF values of each components which are placed on PCB. 
 For this reason, could you share an MTBF value for ADA4000-1 and ADA4000-2.

Hello, 
 From the ADA4000 Product Page, just go to: Design Resources Tab >> Quality and Reliability >> From the left pane, Reliability Data >> Wafer Fabrication >> Select ADA4000 as Product P/N. You should have this page now: https://www.analog.com/en/about-adi/quality-reliability/reliability-data/wafer-fabrication-data.html Same data for single and dual channel.
