Low input bias current. Which one to choose?

I'm designing a precise measurement circuit and I'm in need of an op amp that has a very low input bias current and that can work in at least  -5,+5 voltage range (-10,+10 desired). I need it for voltage followers and curent-to-voltage conversions. The slew rate isn't a priority, but around 2V/us should be ok.

The pieces I've seen in the precision Low Input Bias Current Amplifiers (<100 pA) selection tool are mostly single power source amps. Can anoyone advice me in choosing the right one for my needs?
