I use the AD8001JR to configure a Gain=1/16 circuit, in which I set Rf=806 ohm, while Rg=12.7k. The simulation is all right.When I provide the circuit with a 50MHz sinewave, the circuit fail to implement a gain of 1/16. In this circumstance, the output and input sinewave is almost with the same amplitude, while the ouput sinewave change the shape a litte. The oscilloscope picture is in the attachment.
what is the reason for this error of the circuit?
Does that mean that the gain in the 1/16 mode varies with frequency (i.e. correct gain at low frequency, gain too high at high frequency)? This would suggest that the problem is that the ADG5412 'off isolation' or crosstalk is not good enough, and Figure 16 and 17 of the ADG5412 datasheet may explain your problem.
