Single supply, PDIP Op-Amps

Hi everyone!

I'm new here so bare with me!

I'm looking for an op-amp with similar features/specs to the ADA4051, but in a PDIP packaging (throughhole/breadboard size). I have attached the data-sheet for the ADA4051, but my basic requirements are as follows:

  • single supply
  • pdip package
  • wide frequency range (~20 kHz @ gain of 5 to 10)
  • low power consumption (looking to power full device/circuit with 3.3V battery)

Any suggestions you may have, or information you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,

Dustin

  • Thanks Harry, totally makes sense. My school simply has limited resources for surface mount devices, so I'm trying to stick with standard breadboard prototyping if possible.

I'll definitely check out the adapter. I also stumbled upon the OP777, which I believe is a single supply/pdip unit.

    Thanks again,

    Dustin
