In the AD811 datasheet presented here:

in figure 25 -Vs is wrongly assigned to pin 5, it is actually pin 4. I spent nearly a week trying to debug a circuit which had a non-inverting amp stage. This also damaged a few other devices in the circuit. Please correct this error so that others that follow donot suffer.
