    Hi,

    The answer is yes, you can use this amplifier with single 12 V supplies and with your configuration. Please use RF and RG = 1k as recommended on table 1 of the DS. Please refer to figure 15 of the DS for non-inverting configuration circuit. One thing to consider when driving smaller RL is that it requires larger current drive. For example, if you have 5V output swing in 50 ohms RL. the current flowing through RL is 100mA compare to 1k ohms RL which is 5mA only. This amps can only sink/source 30 mA in 5V supplies. If you can give us additional details of the appliation will be better.
