AD8627 Overload Recovery

Question

Hi, 
 I would like to ask about the Overload Recovery of AD8627. 
 There was not mention of it to the AD8627 data sheet. 
 Would you tell me the information of it?

Kris, 
 It looks like the input signal was about 1.75V?? Times -10.1 = 17.5 so 17.5/13 is less than 2. 
 That's not much overdrive. Repeat with an input signal of 5V or 10V and see what happens.

There is no general answer for overload. I had worked with a different part number that had 3us recovery time 
 with a 2x overdrive, but with a 100x overdrive, took 2 ms. It will depend on the closed loop gain of the op amp, 
 how hard you drive it into the rail, how hard you reverse the inputs to bring it out, etc. The best system solution 
 is to use Shottky diodes downstream to clamp the overload so the op amp doesn't get the full overload.

Hello Koizumi-san, 
 Thank you for the information! 
 The plots for overload recovery are attached. These were taken with +/-13V supplies and gain of -10. I measure about 2.5us for negative overload recovery and 2us for positive overload recovery. 
 Let me know if this meets your requirement. Was there a spec that you are trying to meet?
