Hi, Is the ADA4895-1 suitable for making an active low pass filter(like an integrator), I want the gain factor more than 20, and I'm not sure whether this amp is suitable for this application since there is no such recommendation in the datasheet. It works well as an non-inverting pre-amp, but once I add some capacitor the signal becomes quite noisy.
Hi Yang,
ADA4895-1 is designed for gain > 10 V/V and low noise applications. For your question, yes the ADA4895 can be used as an active filter at gain 20 V/V. Please use the Filter Wizard to help you design such LPA. See this link. Filter Wizard | Analog Devices.
Should you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Jino
