I think that AD820 spice model does not include temperature charachtristcs.
Is it correct ?
Our customer uses AD820 spice simulation (using LTspice)
but the current consumption in simulation result is 2ma@ 25 degree celcius and ~9mA @ 85 degree celcius.
( load 10Kohm, output voltage 10V. gain = 1+9Kohm/1Kohm=10)
The datasheet says that current consumption at no load is 900uA maximum value and this value is too big.
So, I think that AD820 spice model does not include temperature characteristics..
Please let me know your adivice.
