What is the best op amp or in amp to dc offset a signal from cmos?

Question

Cmos and ccd have a dc offset that must be eliminted before input to an adc. 
 I am looking for the best way to dc offset the cmos signal wothout adding noise.

 Actually i would like to you use AD8274 or AD8271 difference amplifier. 
 
 Should i use buffer amplifier (like LT1818) at inputs?)

I disagree with KirV. An InAmp is fine for your application. 
 Look at the equation. The InAmp will handle single ended or differential inputs 
 and then the REF pin offsets the result. 
 The choice of InAmp will depend on your supplies, signal frequency, how far you need to offset, 
 and temperature range.
