This will depend on the nature of your signal there is for dc gain and there is an ac gain. At AC, you will be most likely be limited to the bandwidth of the product. At DC, you will be limited by the saturating output levels.
What do you mean by in-phase amplifier? Can you explain more about the application you are doing.
