Hi, VictorSB.
Thank you for using ADI products. As to your question, AD743 can be replaced with AD8510, a precision JFET op amp, which has 400uV offset voltage, GBP of 8MHz, low input bias current of 80pA, and high slew rate of 20V/us. AD8510 also is lower in cost and is pin-to-pin compatible with AD743. You can also use ADA4627, a 19MHz JFET op amp, which has 200uV offset voltage, 84V/us slew rate and 5pA Ibias.
AD820, a rail-to-rail output FET-input op amp, can be used as replacement for AD546. You can also use AD8627 with 1pA Ibias and is also rail-to-rail output JFET op amp. These two replacement parts are not pin-to-pin but are functional equivalent of AD546.
ADA4610-2, a rail-to-rail output JFET dual op amp, can be used as replacement for both AD743 and AD546. This can operate at a lower supply voltage of ±4.5V and has a low Ibias of 10pA. It has a 400uV offset voltage.
Let me know if you have other questions.

Anna
Hi, VictorSB.
AD8510 and ADA4627-1 are both pin-to-pin compatible with both the AD743 and AD546. These two replacement parts also have the same supply range of ±4.5V to ±18V with AD743 and AD546, but are available in 8-lead SOIC package. So to connect these replacement parts to the board, yu can use an SOIC to DIP adapter like the one on this link. You can also purchase some stocks of AD743 to Digi-key, Mouser or Avnet. For AD546, you can contact Rochester Electronics for its availability.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
Anna
Hi Anna,
thanks for the answer, but I'm going to use this components to replace in a damaged equipment, so they must to be pin-to-pin compatible also the supply voltage needs to be the same because I don't know what is for sure in the equipment so I'm a bit afraid to damage the new one if they are not compatible.
Do you have some pin-to-pin or some of original in stock?
Regards,
Victor
AD8510 and ADA4627-1 which one replaces ad743 and ad546?
Hi, VictorSB.
If you want a cheaper amplifier, you can use AD8510 as replacement for both AD743 and AD546. If you want the newest part but with a higher cost, you can use ADA4627-1 as replacement for both AD743 and AD546.
Regards,
Anna
