Can ADA4000-4 work on +-18V power supply?

Question

Hello, 
 I am searching one kind of opamp to work on +-18V. ADA4000-4 may be the choice as the datasheet said that "±4 V to ±18 V operation". However, I also found in the datasheet that the maximum supply voltage is " ±18 V ". 
 So my question is that could I use the ADA4000-4 in the system with ±18 V power supply? If not, any good recommendation of opamp (those with similar performance as ADA4000-4 are OK)

Hi, Billy. 
 Yes, ADA4000-4 can operate with +/-18V however, the performance would be different from the spec table because the +/-18V is the absolute maximum rating and ADI does not recommend it to use. 
 ADI has OP400 that is very old but is very good in terms of noise and can operate up to +/-18V typical but has lower bandwidth of 500kHz only. 
 Do you require quad op amp or can a single op amp be used?
