Apologies for getting back to you late, I have confirmed that you can use ± 3% of your 12V power supply, and is safe up to ± 5%.

My customer hesitates to use ADA4310-1 as absolute max 12V power supply in the datasheet.

Do you have any plan to update the datasheet with absolute max power supply including the above margin ?
