Hi,
I was just helping someone that was prototyping a basic I/V amplifier using AD708 and I noted he hooked up the Vs + wrong and when I pointed it out he was showing me the example in the data sheet for the -100 gain amplifier on page 11. It turns out that figure 28 has the wrong pin numbers, Vs+ on pin7 (8 is right) and the output A on pin 6 (1 is right).
