Is it possible to connect the ADCMP580 directly to a +2.5V CML 1:2 fan-out driver or I need to add a level shifter in between? I need DC Coupling. One way this could be achieved is by connecting Pin 9 to the +V however I am not sure if internally Pin 9 and Pin 12 are connected to the GND?
I noticed this IC uses -V CMl which is very inconvenient to use with most of the available CML logic chips. Is there a solution which uses +V CML 2.5/3.3V?
Have you checked ADCMP572? It is as fast as ADCMP580.
ADCMP580 CML output is from -350mV to 30mV so connecting it to a 2.5V would not be straight forward approach. Pins 9 and 12 are internally connected and can be a digital ground/positive logic supply pin but in the case of ADCMP580 proper termination to gnd with 50 ohms is necessary for proper return.
If you want a comparator with CML output referenced to +V, you can check ADCMP606.

One additional question could the latch be driver single ended on Le pin if the /Le pin would be biased at mid voltage between Vol and Voh? I see it accepts 0.2V diff
Are you referring to ADCMP572 now or still ADCMP580?
ADCMP572 and ADCMP580 as both latches are complementary so their behavior should be similar?
