You can request the file in the website you sent (https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/packaging-quality-symbols-footprints/symbols-and-footprints.html ).
Search for the desired product and the request form will appear where you can enter your email address so that you'll be notified when the symbol/footprint file is available.
