(ADA4096-2)Can we input 30V when the power supply is 0V?

Hi ! 
 
 I have a question about ADA4096-2. 
 
 At datasheet, it says absolute maximum is "(-V)-32V < Vin <(+V)+32". 
 Does this mean if -V = +V = 0V, can we input &plusmn;32V to Input pins?

Hi, 
 Input of 30V will not likely broke the device since it is described in its datasheet that it could handle input voltage up to 32V outside of each rail and this is of importance particularly in power supply sequencing issues. 
 ADA4096 have a robust input with overvoltage input protection which is discussed further on p.21 of datasheet.)
